The year was 1989 when Scarface (then known as DJ Akshen) recorded the song that would launch his career "Scarface". Originally released by Short Stop records in 1989, the 12" would be his only release on that label as he would go on to sign a deal with Rap-A-Lot records and become a solo artist as well as the most known member of the Geto Boys. Twenty-seven years later, this sought after record is now available on a limited edition 7" vinyl manufactured by Houston boutique record label On The Good Foot Music.
